I just built a PC and I tried booting it with windows 11 on a USB. It let me login to my windows account and then it black screened. Once restarting it, it kept coming up with windows diagnostics saying my PC can’t be repaired.

Computer kept crashing so I cloud reset which means it tried to install new windows 11 But once It switched on after it asking for internet drivers And can't locate any on machine Thus stuck on set up window won't open computer
