Hi, I’m looking for a plumber to fix a concealed toilet cistern that’s leaking silently into the bowl after flushing. Likely an issue with the flush valve seal. Please let me know if you’re able to help. Ps images are of the type/flush mechanism if that helps.

Hi there is water coming down the wall which is under the bathtub upstairs. Looks like slow leak or tile grout or silicone. Bathtub side panel is tiled. Need to investigate. In the past the shower head was the issue, I checked the shower head, dosent look like it’s leaking.

A pipe is dripping behind a cupboard under the sink. We think it is the waste water pipe. To access the pipe and repair the leak you will need to take part of the cupboard out,repair the leak and then repair the cupboard.

We have a leak developing in the ceiling under the upstairs shower. The leak needs to be investigated and fixed.

1) Trace and repair leak in ground floor study. •Damp staining showing in the ceiling corner of the study •Behind that corner is a boxed-in black soil/waste stack (serves en suite + family bathroom above) •Leak seems intermittent, possibly after bath draining and/or toilet flush 2) Kitchen: intermittent leak under sink + tidy pipework •Under-sink waste leaks only when the sink is blocked/full and water is sitting in the pipework •Pipework looks messy and I want it re-done properly with new seals/fittings as needed •Please diagnose where it’s leaking, re-plumb and test 3) Kitchen: replace under-sink hot water boiler + replace kitchen tap •Existing under-sink hot water boiler/heater unit (black box) has failed •I will buy a replacement unit and a new boiling water tap •Please remove old unit, install new unit, connect and commission. 4) Family bathroom: replace basin tap + reseal •Existing waterfall tap splashes/drips backwards so the back ledge is always wet •Replace tap (I will supply) •Re-silicone/reseal behind tap / along edge where needed 5) Master en suite: replace shower control panel + handheld hose/wand •Replace shower mixer/control panel (3 control knobs) and handheld shower set (I will supply) •Fit like-for-like where possible, check for leaks and test thoroughly

1. HIU has a leak. Previous plumber said that an outlet valve is leaking. It leaks when central heating is running in the flat, or when using hot water in the bathroom. 2. In 1 bathroom shower, the hot water is not as hot as the other outlets. 3. 1 radiator out of 5, has stopped heating.

Leak into downstairs flat. Plumber ran pressure on cold water and it dropped. Need tiles removed and leak located and stopped

Bath tap leaks when tap is shut. It also whistles. We have had this fixed before. The guy replaced the inside of the tap with something from B&Q and it solved it (a few years ago)
