I want to add cabinets in the kitchen to extend the current ones to fill up the gap between the existing and roof

I’m looking for an experienced carpenter / cabinet maker to build and install a new row of custom kitchen cabinets above my existing wall cabinets. The current kitchen has modern handleless gloss white cabinets, and I want to extend them up to the ceiling with a second row of matching cabinets for extra storage and a more premium built-in look. I do NOT already have the cabinets, so they may need to be custom built and colour-matched to the existing kitchen as closely as possible.

This needs to be done in three parts. We have most of the units, but we need the drawers to be made, the cabinets to be leveled and some new cabinets to be made. I’m putting a price just to get it quoted for you must have all your own tools. The images included are the style I would like.

The hinges on the cupboard has rusted over significantly which caused the door to slant and subsequently the cupboard was removed. I will need brand new hinges so that these can be attached.
