I will provide paint and all materials. The tasker should stick down some plastic to cover the floor of the porch. Then use a ladder (I can provide if they don't have one) to reach top of the inside of the porch and clean near the ceiling area down as it is quite dirty, use a cloth to wipe off peeling paint and then add a coat of sealer to areas where paint is peeling/cracked. Then very light sanding where I have already filled (I have prepped the bottom area of the porch). Then one coat of paint on inside of porch including door frame and painted arch just outside the porch. Leave the areas where sealant was applied to the end as it takes 2 hours to dry. I think it would take around 2 - 2.5 hours.

I have a couple of windowsills that need some love, removing some old paint, using a wood hardener and then painting them. Inside, I need some painting work done inside on the walls and filling some cracks with pollyfiller.

I have 3 bedrooms, reception and hallway that needs painting on walls and ceiling. Some walls may need a bit of sanding as they have had been treated for cracks. Staircase rails need painting done with gloss. I have all paint purchased. Some rooms don't need all sides painted as they have statement wallpapers on one side. We are looking for experienced painter/decorator to help us to paint the interior of our new house (Hallway, 3 xbedrooms, lounge), one colour throughout (walls + Woodwork), and excluding the bathroom and kitchen. Potentially there will also be one room to wall paper but this is not confirmed.

Require walls, ceiling, skirting boards and bannisters painted for hallway and landing in 3 story terraced house in Belfast. Would also be interested in the additional cost of also painting a single ceiling (not walls) in a bedroom with dimensions of 4.11m x 3.05m, walls in a living room area with dimensions of 3.84m x 2.97m and walls in a lounge area with dimensions of 3.15m x 3.12m. There are also a small number of smalll holes (from shelves/pictures etc) to filled. Can supply own paint.
