My treadmill belt keeps moving to the right and folding i need it to be aligned properly. I have tried several times but cannot do so

I've moved into a flat, the garden has loads of stuff, and has been undisturbed. I would like to clear it so the space is usable and declutter it/ rearrange the clutter to one spot.

I live in a one bedroom ground floor flat I am 77 year old lady who is disabled and house bound I have carers but my home is in a bad state with bags and boxes due to me trying to sort them out because of my disabilities I am finding hard I have carers but they are not much help I don't get much money as I am on benefits so my home will have to be done in stages by starting to make space to put my items when sorted

The master bedroom has 2 wardrobes & storage underneath the ottoman bed, all full of clothes that need organising and some throwing out. The single room has a chest of drawers & under bed storage, all full of clothes that need organising and some throwing out. I would also like for those areas to be cleaned afterwards as they will be dusty once the clothes are removed, and the windows need cleaning.
