Terrible mess left by tenants. Clothes, food etc left

I’ve just moved to a new flat. I needed help with unpacking and organising. No furniture work. I’m unable to do it by myself since I have a baby.

Hi all, I’m moving from my flat (Kayani House, E16 3BL) with moving day tentatively scheduled for 1 July 2025. The flat itself will have very little furniture left inside except items unclaimed by the buyer or items which belong to me which I will be storing in Bedroom 1. I need a professional cleaner to visit the flat on the 30 June 2025 (or a day or two before then) to carry out the following tasks in the document attached.
