Did not expect him to come 15 mins early. Which is excellent but unfortunately I was busy at the time so he kindly waited for a bit. After discussing, he started on the dot and followed instructions. He got better at understanding what I wanted done and how and did not waste time. It was the first time he had done my house so a few bits left but on the whole, worked out how I wanted in the end.
