Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the communal areas of a rental property to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities: General Duties (Applicable to all areas): Remove spider webs and dust. Empty and replace bin bags, and clean bins if there is any spillage or residue. Wipe down light switches, door handles, and skirting boards. Kitchen: Clean and polish all surfaces. Clean and descale the sink and kettle. Clean the microwave inside and out. Clean the oven inside and out. Clean kitchen appliances externally, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and hob. Clean and wipe down all worktops, splashbacks, cupboards (externally), chairs, and tables. Hoover and mop floors. Clean windows internally. Bathrooms (x2): Clean and polish the bathtub, shower, sink, and toilets. Polish mirrors. Clean grout lines (if applicable). Disinfect high-touch areas like light switches, door handles, and taps. Clean wall tiles and cupboards. Wipe down shower doors or curtains (if applicable). Wipe down radiator or towel rails (if applicable). Hoover and mop floors. Empty and replace bin bags, and clean bins if there is any spillage or residue. Check and replenish bathroom supplies (toilet roll, soap, etc.) as needed. Living Room: Dust, wipe, and polish all surfaces, including doors, light switches, and skirting boards. Vacuum soft furnishings, including under the cushions. Clean windows internally. Hoover and mop floors. Empty and replace bin bags, and clean bins if there is any spillage or residue. Remove spider webs and dust. Staircase & Landing: Vacuum the stairs and landing and mop areas as needed. Clean skirting boards. Clean banisters. Remove spider webs and dust.
