To supply and fit a new electric shower and 1-2 water heaters. Currently none there. So need new cable etc, perhaps a new MCB to the board there is capacity allowance. Shower to go over the bath and water heaters to supply tap in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. One bed flat on ground floor.

My hot water isn't coming out hot. My central heating is working fine, pressure is good, no error codes on my boiler. I think it's something do with the condensate pipe. Flue seems to be releasing lots of steam too. Pipes are all hot. Just water is coming out lukewarm. It's a Vaillant EcoTEC Pro 28 boiler

Hi, We have a Sangamo water heater installed. We have set a few times for it to turn ON and OFF but mostly we get cold water even during the time it is supposed to be ON. Need someone who take a look at it and set this up preferably to stay ON and provide hot water whole day like for maximum time. Someone who has experience and have already setup the Sangamo device before. Also, need to take a look at towel radiator which apparently is not working.
