There are three taps in operation via the kitchen, shower and bathroom. Each tap either runs extreme hot or completely cold. When the tap is set lower than full heat, the pressure presumably drops and is causing the boiler to disengage and the flame that indicates the heating function switches off. I have recently had the diaphragm and pressure differential replaced and fixed... so have isolated this now to a pressure issue. The same issue occurs across all three taps when the temperature is slightly adjusted down from full heat.

My previous plumber seemed to think all the water could be switched to the mains (currently it’s only the cold kitchen tap that uses water directly from the mains and so never runs out and has great pressure). For now I just want that confirmed. I’m flexible with times but need mornings. Also toilet isn’t working properly as a result of the bad gravity system so please go before you come so you won’t need to use it.

My boiler pressure is too low due to a faulty 2 port valve leaking. I need an experienced and certified plumber to replace an ESi 2 Port 22mm Motorised Zone Valve ESZV222LM, re wire the valve into the existing control and calibrate the system pressure. The water tank needs to be emptied in order to replace the valve. New replacement valve will be provided.

He replaced my faulty 2 port ESi 2 Port 22mm Motorised Zone Valve on the heating system, connected the wiring to the panel, checked the boiler and did all the tests and adjustments. He did a step by step detailed description of the issues, provided future advice and comprehensive solutions. A really good and certified professional!Totally recommended!!
