We are currently undergoing a house renovation and our gas supply and combi boiler are disconnected for several months. I need a plumber to install a temporary electric hot water cylinder (approx. 100L with immersion heater) so we have hot water for showers and taps during the build. Scope of work: • Install wall-mounted or floor-mounted 100L electric hot water cylinder • Connect cold mains feed to cylinder • Connect cylinder outlet to existing hot water pipework feeding upstairs bathrooms • Install necessary valves, pressure relief and discharge pipe • Connect to existing fused spur / electrical supply for immersion heater (or advise if electrician needed) Context: • Property in London (IG8 area) • Two bathrooms on upper floors that need hot water • Boiler currently disconnected due to renovation works • Cylinder location flexible (loft or first-floor bathroom depending on practicality) Requirements: • Qualified and experienced plumber • Ideally G3 qualified if installing an unvented cylinder • Must supply small fittings and valves required for installation Goal: Provide temporary hot water for showers and sinks during a 4–6 month renovation. Hi I need my under sink water heater replaced I will provided the water heater

My water heater is not working (the water only heats up to 21 degrees) and the timer is also not working (there seems to be no current flowing through the cable). I would like someone to diagnose and fix the problem.

Our ideal c24 boiler isn’t producing hot water properly. Sometimes it’s not very hot, sometimes hot but have to run taps on low pressure. Otherwise running fine, radiators working etc

I have a water pump, but the hot water is very low, doesn’t even fill up a bath

The hot water tap on my shower has stopped working properly. When I twist the hot water handle, only a very small amount of water comes out. Cold water still works normally. This started recently 2 days ago, no visible leaks. Looking for someone to inspect, repair/replace the tap or internal valve if needed.

The elements are leaking with the water touching the electrics it’s cause the mcb to trip, the spur switch is burn out, ( please see picture ) The 210 litre cylinder will need draining down to replace the elements due to the rust build up this has welded the elements which will prove hard to remove

Studio flat has only 7 min of hot water, we would like to have continous hot water, or at least 20, 30 min. There is a 100 litres water tank and no boiler available.

There is no hot water in all the other taps in the house aside the kitchen tap.
