Hi there, We currently have a leak coming from our Fohen hot water tap. I have tried to identify the reason for the leak as it sometimes comes out of the base where the tap meets the counter top and sometimes out of the middle part of the tap where it swivels. It isn't leaking below so I think there is some sort of blockage or breakdown of seals that is causes too much pressure and forcing water out.
