I need someone to help build a portable hot water source. I am wanting to connect an instant hot water system to a pump and shower head. The water would be coming from a water tank on wheels, either a water cooler or a water tank on dollys. It would need to be moveable as the water source to refill it is by a door. It would also need decent pressure as it will be to wash hair so a good pump is needed. There are three taps in operation via the kitchen, shower and bathroom. Each tap either runs extreme hot or completely cold. When the tap is set lower than full heat, the pressure presumably drops and is causing the boiler to disengage and the flame that indicates the heating function switches off. I have recently had the diaphragm and pressure differential replaced and fixed... so have isolated this now to a pressure issue. The same issue occurs across all three taps when the temperature is slightly adjusted down from full heat.

Hi there, I’m having an issue with my thermostatic mixer shower. The temperature control dial isn’t working correctly – even when it’s set to “1” (cold), the water still comes out hot. My previous plumber seemed to think all the water could be switched to the mains (currently it’s only the cold kitchen tap that uses water directly from the mains and so never runs out and has great pressure). For now I just want that confirmed. I’m flexible with times but need mornings. Also toilet isn’t working properly as a result of the bad gravity system so please go before you come so you won’t need to use it.
