Atlantic ideal boiler L5. The flame ignites and then it stopped. I can hear bubble noise. I bled the radiators but i have a tall one in the leaving room that is Always cold at the top and the valve is broken so can't bleed it... (Not sure it s related but internet said to bleed the highest radiator) In the past i had openned the boiler as i was having similar L5 issue and there was a small plastic reservoir with water inside but a thick grey matter that was blocking the inside circuit. So i suspect this is the same issue but as i am alone i dont want to attempt it myself.

Flat is in council house with communal boiler.The hot water works fine at my neighbors' flats, but my own hot water has no temperature, and the boiler switch indicator light at home isn't lit.

The manual control valve in on of my radiators seems to be broken, even if I turned it down it will keep heating up as if it’s on max heat. I also have a smart thermostat that I need installed.

Wilo yonos Para pump for heating stopped working and led is flashing red and green. According to the manual, flashing green/red indicates under/over-voltage but I get a reading that’s within the range. Not sure if I need an electrician or plumber. If parts need to be replaced could you also provide a ball park quote? See last photo for model of the pump
