I am not getting hot water

Repair to Myra Event XS thermostatic shower. The power shower has stopped working, suspect a solenoid fault.

I need assistance with repressurising my electric boiler (Electromax system) using the existing filling loop. The filling loop (silver braided hose) is already installed and connected with a black-handled valve on one end and a white plastic-handled valve on the other. When I try to top up the pressure, the black valve doesn’t seem to turn, and I’m unsure whether it’s already open or seized. The boiler currently shows low pressure, and I’d like a qualified plumber or heating engineer to: Check the filling loop valves and confirm correct operation.

The ensuite shower has a leaking and stiff concealed thermostatic mixer valve. There’s visible staining below the trim plate, suggesting the internal valve has failed. There’s no access behind the tiled wall, so the replacement will need to be completed through the existing opening without removing tiles. Scope of Works: • Isolate water supply and remove existing trims and controls • Supply and install a new dual-control concealed thermostatic mixer valve (chrome finish) compatible with existing pipe centres • Reseat and reseal trims and faceplate • Test the shower for correct function, temperature regulation, and leaks • Clean away any visible staining and leave the shower in full working order Budget: £200 (labour, materials, and parts included)

Looking for a tradesperson to cover piping (and holes around pipes) under the sink (in cupboard) leading into the wall up to the boiler. The pipes are gas as the building is run by gas.
