Local Gas Safe Engineer to do yearly check for Vaillant ecoTEC plus 836. Task is to remove the boiler casing. Clean the main heat exchanger. Test the flue gases for safety (carbon monoxide). Evaluate water system's internal pressure. Approx 30 mins to 1 hr work.

Faulty control units on Immersion boiler causing constant shut down of the boiler. Heating element appears ok. A check of the boiler’s electronics is required as well as a repair / replacement of the control units to prevent random shutdowns Labour offer is £150. Extra cost of parts required will be also paid once assessed

To retile area behind old radiator. Supply and fit 64 CM (Width) radiator. Also if possible service a boiler ( if that isn't possible just the radiator)

Boiler needs a service by corgi registered engineer. EPH needs resetting - I’ve tried but it’s not kicking in CH and am not familiar with system. Also pressure gauge is at zero but hot water on boiler is working. I already had a gas safety done in early summer so not clear why CH not working. We aren’t familiar with this system. The job includes: * Boxing in the existing boiler while ensuring it remains fully accessible for servicing. * Building a full-height storage cupboard for: * Cordless vacuum charger * Steam mop * Cleaning products * Spare supplies * Uniforms * Creating a separate cloak cupboard (approximately 60 cm wide) with: * Hanging rail * Top storage shelf * Bottom shelf for shoes/bags * Matching the existing kitchen cabinetry as closely as possible. * Soft-close doors preferred. * Clean, minimalist finish suitable for a luxury clinic. I’m looking for a joiner to build two bespoke floor-to-ceiling cupboards. The first is to box in my boiler and all of the exposed pipework, with the cupboard extending down to the floor. I’d like it to have two doors: an upper door for full access to the boiler for servicing and maintenance, and a lower door opening into a storage cupboard underneath the boiler for household items. The second cupboard is to box in my electricity meter and consumer unit, again extending all the way to the floor. This should include an access door for the meter and electrics, with a built-in shoe rack in the lower section to make use of the space while still allowing safe access when needed. I’d like both cupboards to have a clean, modern finish that matches the room, with all pipework and cables neatly concealed where possible, while ensuring the boiler and electrics remain fully accessible and comply with any required ventilation and clearance regulations. I'am looking to get a quote for gas and heating work at my property. Because this involves a gas combi boiler and removing gas lines, we require a contractor who is Gas Safe registered and holds valid public liability insurance. Here is a breakdown of the work required: - Move the gas combi boiler from the first floor down to the kitchen (it will stay within the same vertical line/alignment). - Move the existing kitchen radiator to a different wall. - Disconnect and completely remove the gas cooker and cap off/remove the gas pipes in the kitchen. - Remove the old gas heater in the hallway and install a new radiator in its place connected to the heating system. - Modify and reroute a small section of the heating pipes inside a wardrobe. I've got Logic Combi ESP1 35 boiler. My pressure gauge looks close to 0 bar, which is very low pressure. No hot water and and heater. Needs turning up the pressure valve Need a gas engineer

Hot water not working in property, had low pressure, increased the pressure but hot water still not working

Boiler cupboard needs lowering to cover pipes. Just want to make it look better including the side where it’s not covered at the moment.

My boiler pressure is 3.4 It has been recently serviced but I dont know how to operate. Heating is nit working. Need someone to come over and fix the issue. Probably not a big issue but I am not aware on how to operate it properly

The boiler flue needs to be sealed because it has been installed improperly and water is getting in from the roof. A long ladder reaching the second floor is required.
