I have a small garden with some old beds (just dumps of dirt now full of weeds) on either side. I would like the dirt/weeds/plants removed and land flattened in line with the grass and then re-seeded (sow grass seed). You will need to take the excess dirt/weeds/plants away and provide your own grass seed and top soil, if required. Intention is to reclaim the sides of the garden and re-grass them. There are 3 sizeable plants on the left, one old exotic palm which has died and can be dumped 2 others which can be safely removed and left at the back of the garden for me to replant. The central grass part also died a bit with too much feed, would be good to apply grass seed and top soil for this, too. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible

My previous gardener has required because of health problems. I need a gardener to mow the lawn and do weeding and prune roses and plants and general garden duties. Because I have been without a gardener for 3 months it is overgrown and would need a little more time on first visit and then perhaps a monthly visit depending on what the gardener suggests
