General tidy up of an overgrown back garden eg. cut tree branches, prune shrubs and hedge including any branches, shrubs etc. that has overgrown into the neighbour's garden (there's only a short wire fencing in between ours and neighbour's garden which makes it easy to see and access anything that's overgrown). No lawn services or garden waste removal required, just need to place the waste in a corner at the back of the garden. Approx garden size x5 metre width by x20 metre length. Other jobs will be required in near future especially as I'm no longer able to maintain the garden, just need to find a reliable and cost effective gardener to carry out this initial tidy up task. Neglected front and rear garden of vacant property need tidying up before renting.
