We wanted perfectly cleared ground ready to rake and grass seed but didn’t articulate it the way he wanted ie ground to be turned over & soil type. We just sent photo specifying “needs to be weeded/cleared” which is obv. open to interpretation. We lent gardening tools; they came with a strimmer. Some weeds still visible at end so he rotivated it. He tried, but overall not end results we wanted/needed but perhaps better comms req. on both sides!
