I have a Dracaena Marginata that is infested with Mealy bugs and I have tried to clean it several times but they are not completely going away and this is stressing the plant and I am worried she won't make it. Looking for a professional who would know what to do.

This is definitely a two man job. The concrete planter needs lifting while three 15 cm high rotten tree stumps are removed from beneath it. It then needs setting back down on a low wall. The planter is in a slightly awkward spot in a roof garden, but the job should take no more than 15 minutes.
