Get rid of weeds and clear garden

Small garden needs cleaning and trimming, small engines prepared for planting.

I need the whole garden clean from tree roots, all gone, there are so many branches as well as roots deep into the ground. I want the soil to be levelled as well as cleaned. I want the bricks to be removed as well as the black heavy mat which imbedded into the ground. The task is a bit big. But I also want all the plants gone. Completely gone, should only see the ground. As well as the plant holder against the wall, needs to go, the bricks, everything levelled from there, as well all the plants, and roots. I want a clean garden without anything around, as I’m disabled I can’t have anything which may cause me to have a problem. It’s a small garden. I don’t want the growth next year. I would like it to be cleaned. So I can actually get paving or concrete done in the future. If you could do this that would be a bonus.
