We have to replace our old fridge freezer with a new one. Given its size we need to move the old one up from the basement to the ground floor and then take the new one from the ground floor to the basement. We will need ropes to do this because it won’t fit through doors. We new one will be delivered between 7 and 9pm on Thursday and so we need two people to wait until it arrives

Existing Liebherr fridge freezer needs disconnecting from its water supply ahead of replacement. The appliance installers attended to replace the unit but would not disconnect the braided water hose as they were not comfortable confirming the line was fully isolated. The replacement appliance has therefore not been installed. Looking for a plumber to: 1. Confirm the water supply can be safely isolated and disconnect the fridge freezer water line. 2. Advise if there are any issues with the existing plumbing connection. 3. Tighten two loose bath tap controls while on site (minor job). The main water supply can be isolated easily and no water flows from any taps when it is turned off. Ideally looking for someone who can attend today or as soon as possible. I’m trying to move the fridge/ freezer into the kitchen need to remove the door handles so that I can fit it through the kitchen door. It is a Beko fridge/ freezer. The model is ASDM241Z. There are no visible screws on the handles. There are caps but don’t want to damage the handles. Please only offer if you are able to help. Thanks

My fridge-freezer has stopped cooling entirely in both compartments, but the internal light still comes on so it has power.

My integrated fridge freezer door is not closing properly. I think the runners have come loose or the fixing to the panel has come loose. I have a hinge repair kit in case it's the main door hinge that needs fixing - see pics.
