Fitting skirting boards in living room

Creaking floor in one of the bedrooms along one of the joists. Floorboards have been rescrewed but joist still persists

Section of carpet burnt by hot pan needs replacing with fresh carpet. Holes caused by drilling in walls to hang pictures need filling. Some other little bits to tidy up rental property before removing.

Install a sheet of vinyl on the floor in a bathroom. The size is approximately 3m x 3m. There is chipboard on the floor, so the vinyl will just need to be installed on top of that.
