Install pipes for 5 new radiators in approximate same place as current ones. Only one radiator would need to be moved approx 1m. Pipes currently out of the floor to be placed under the floor boards. Floor boards are already open for 3 of the 5 radiators.

Fit LVT flooring plus the underlay and boarding, and skirting in a bedroom. (Recently plastered, nothing down at the moment) about 10m/s. We will buy all the flooring in advance (might need some guidance on everything needed) so it’s just fitting. Ideally a weekday.

We need roughly 5m of Victorian pine skirting board attached to the wall in a bedroom. It will need packing behind to make sure it’s level with the plaster above where the old skirting board was originally. The picture provided shows an old in built wardrobe. The skirting board to be fitted is behind this.

Brush motor has burned out

I’m looking for a competent carpenter to help with two jobs. The first is with a cupboard that was built around our boiler (see photos). It serves a purpose so far as it looks good, but It’s been built in such a way that it when a heating engineer arrived to service our boiler last week, the woodwork obstructs the boiler’s casing so much that the cover of a the boiler can’t be slid forwards as it’s designed to. We need to find a solution so the boiler can be accessed, I'm thinking perhaps using some kind of clips? The other job is some skirting boards and architrave around doors. There’s skirting boards to go onto three walls, totalling around 7 meters with a few joins (see photos). Plus architrave on two door frames. As you can see from the photos; I have given this a go already but have realised it’s beyond my skill level and so I’d rather start from scratch and hire a professional! I’ll supply all materials and do have various tools here, let’s chat before the job to ensure we have everything we need. - Due date: Flexible
