Hire an affordable Flooring specialist in St. Albans City and District

Moving into a flat where the carpets have been ripped up. I have scrubbed the bare floors as best as I can, and tried to remove any old residue. I do not have the means to hire a professional carpet fitter, so looking for someone to help me DIY the job. Happy to pay a reasonable rate, there are 4 rooms (living, dining, and 2 bedrooms) and a hallway that require carpet fitting, but I will attempt to do the main rooms myself. The hallway is a bit more intricate and where I may need help. I will also lay the underlay and gripper rods myself. Thank you

I have bought the vinyl flooring new, currently stored in its boxed. Need it put down in the hallway of my 1 bed flat. The hallway may need levelling to meet the same hight as the bathroom and kitchen. There is currently a light wooden effect laminate on the floor that would need removing. It is concrete underneath. It is 9 square meters. The vinyl is LVT 1.5m x 1000m, it is called ‘Altro ensemble’

Cut out a section of laminate flooring by the front door and install coir matting (incl. edging). Fit a small piece of carpet on the landing (approx 1m x 2m)
