Replace if needed or fix floorboards in bedroom (currently very squeaky!) needed before carpet is fitted

I have recently had engineered wood flooring fitted but there has been some gaps appear between some planks. I would like someone to see what can be done to fix the gaps before attaching skirting board (supplied) - roughly 24m

I need all the floorboards lifting in 3 rooms on the ground floor including the nails from the joists. The floorboards aren't going back down so they don't have to be taken out gently and ok to damage. They can be moved to the back garden. Living room - 3.7 x 3.7 metres Hallway - 1.8 x 4.0 metres Kitchen - 6.3 x 4.2 metres (half of this room already done) Tasker will require to bring a multi tool for removing the boards on the edges of the hallway and living room front bay to prevent damage to the skirting boards. There are no carpets or floor covers - the floorboards are already exposed.

There are visible saw cuts, gaps, drilled holes and a section that appears loose/uneven. We have a 4 cm dip in our floorboards that needs fixing

During the spin cycle, the washing machine vibrates excessively. The vibration is strong enough that it causes the kitchen worktop, oven and surrounding units to shake. The oven rattles loudly, and even the removable parts of the hob (pan supports and burner caps) have to be taken off before every spin cycle to reduce the noise. We'd like the floor inspected, the damaged floorboard repaired if necessary, and the washing machine stabilised to significantly reduce the vibration. I need laminate flooring layed down in the front room and small hallway area and skirting boards fitted around that area.

Some of the parquet floorboards are scratched and others are burned with dark stains, so I imagine they will need to be replaced. I also need the small burn mark in the bathtub to be repaired.

The subframe will already be built and level, but I just need someone to cut and screw down the hardwood boards. I have all the materials, tools and mitre saw. I’m just short of time and need to get it done by Friday. Just looking for some with the skills and experience to do the job professionally.

I need to do a temporary repair on 2 floorboards in my bathroom. I want to keep the original floorboards but they have a crack. The recommendation from the old owner - who is a builder but lives overseas, says to put a brace understand the floorboards to stablise them. He said should be relatively easy.
