Im getting a damp specialist round to survey the flooring, they need to have the laminate & floorboard lifted before their arrival

I need a flooring professional to replace two damaged herringbone LVT plank in my kitchen/living area. The flooring is click-system LVT, and fortunately there is access to the flooring from underneath/behind the kitchen panel, so the surrounding floor should be able to be carefully opened up to reach and replace the damaged plank. What needs doing Carefully dismantle the LVT flooring from the accessible kitchen side Remove the damaged planks Fill small section with self levelling compound or something similar to ensure the same issue does not occur again. Replace it with a matching planks (I can provide the replacements) Reinstall the flooring and ensure all joints are properly locked and the finished area is level and neat Avoid damaging the surrounding planks I've attached a photo showing the damaged area. I need a handyman for one days labour to replace some floorboards in my two upstairs bedrooms which have been damaged from a recent renovation. The job is essentially to take up some of the more broken boards, and then patch the holes/lay new boards to cover the damage. All materials available so this is one days labour only.

My floor boards are squeaky, I need them to be secured. My floor is carpeted so the carpet needs to be lifted and the floor boards need to be nailed down. There are two to three specific small areas that need to be done.

Install MDF floorboards to existing original wooden floor

I have recently had engineered wood flooring fitted but there has been some gaps appear between some planks. I would like someone to see what can be done to fix the gaps. I have attached an example of the biggest gap

The subframe will already be built and level, but I just need someone to cut and screw down the hardwood boards. I have all the materials, tools and mitre saw. I’m just short of time and need to get it done by Friday. Just looking for some with the skills and experience to do the job professionally.

I need to do a temporary repair on 2 floorboards in my bathroom. I want to keep the original floorboards but they have a crack. The recommendation from the old owner - who is a builder but lives overseas, says to put a brace understand the floorboards to stablise them. He said should be relatively easy. To remove the 2 floorboards, temporarily move the toilet basin to access, brace then return The floorboards are attached with - Bullet Hole Screws The toilet has 2 screws toilet and would need to be moved, water stopped The job has to be Wednesday as I am travelling before and afterwards. I can be home all day, ideally done during the day in case we need wood from Leyland - they need to be open and they are across the road
