I need lino replaced (186 x 152cm/ 73.2" x 59.8") I will provide this. The last builders sealed between lino and skirting board and this has come away so needs resealing. The lino is under my washing machine (see pictures )so this needs to be moved (unplugged /disconnected) and replaced. Then, also in the upstairs bathroom the bath and sink edge needs to be resealed (see pictures).

Floorboards in bath room need inspecting, one or more might need replacing as they are lifting from water leaks! Then afterwards would like new vinyl laid.
