We need one fire door rehanging correctly and one fire door fitted at our residential home.

6 Fire Doors to be fitted, all internal doors. All parts supplied. I need intumescent strips fitting in the doors, must comply with the HMO regs for Ealing council, hinge placement etc. One door needs to be shortened in height as the doorway is an unusual height, all the others are standard fit. 1. Fit FD30 Internal Fire door to Kitchen, with soft-closer on top and a Perko closer after removing the existing timber door and disposing of it. 2. Repair or replace cupboard hinge. 3. Install new Cardboard backboard under kitchen sink and make good.

We have a playpen which needs to be extended by one panel which I have already ordered and received by screwing up three stainless steel posts to the floor. Also, we need help with Fire Door Upgrades - Seals, Routing, Closing Device, x3 Hinges, Gap Remediation.
