We have electric heaters in our flat. Two of them work perfectly and have never had an issue with either of them. The one in the living room stopped working a year ago and we bought a whole new heater and had it replaced. However it is now not working again. It stopped turning on but a couple weeks ago it decided to turn on and work again but this morning it’s stopped which leads us to believe it’s the fuse that is probably the issue.

One of our gates is stuck open and no longer responds to the remote, the other gate on the driveway is still functioning as normal. We do not have the manual release key and all the sensors are clean, has previously occured when the sliding gate was obstructed by leaves or debris and last repairman managed to fix in 10 minutes so seems relatively easy.

Some of my outdoor roof lights need to be stuck on. My ladder is not tall enough for this job so this task requires a really long ladder. Only accept if you are capable of doing this. The light has stickers attached to it so no drilling job required. Picture shown shows the red line which needs to be installed. The blue line is what I installed already

To fix electric outdoor light

The electric shower is not turning on despite switching the electric box on.

Patio door won't open. Electric switch has power but not connecting to locking unit. Door can be opened using manuel override so no issues with the patio door. Assume issue with wire/ or connection from switch to the door. Can supply photos if required.

the bulb fitting has crumbled - cable had to be cut to remove it. It's a Tiffany style lamp and needs a new bulb fitting and rewire
