We're a home repair company based in Dartford covering SE London and surrounding areas. We've had a solid run of electrical jobs coming through, socket replacements, consumer unit upgrades, fault finding, lighting installs, and we need an electrician or two to help pick up the extra work. This is subcontractor work, not employment. We will handle the customer side, bookings, quotes, follow-ups and you carry out the work. Jobs are priced from a set price list (labour only, parts separate). What you'll need: - Own tools and transport - Public liability insurance (minimum £1m) - Part P qualified / registered with a competent person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT, etc.) - Able to issue certificates where required (EICRs, minor works, etc.) - Reliable, presentable, and comfortable working in customers' homes - Able to take before/after photos for our reporting process Typical jobs: - Socket and switch replacements - Lighting installs and upgrades - Consumer unit (fuse board) upgrades - Fault finding and repairs - EICR testing - General electrical maintenance If you're interested, drop a reply and I'll get back to you. I need a new electric shower fitted (not a replacement, I currently have a mixer shower). I haven't purchased the unit yet but deciding out of 2 I have found (your input is welcome in terms of which one is more suitable for whatever reason). I need an experienced tradesperson to install a kitchen chimney/cooker hood (70CM) and vent it through an external wall. Scope of work includes: Install and securely mount the chimney/cooker hood to the wall (with brackets/support as required) Core drill / create an external wall hole for the ducting (appropriate diameter for the hood outlet) Fit ducting from the hood to the external wall and install an external vent grille/flap Seal around the wall penetration properly (internal and external) to prevent drafts/water ingress Connect the power to the hood Test the unit (fan speeds, lights) and ensure it is operating correctly

To uninstall old electric cooker and install a new one in its place.
