Fit a new ceiling light in the living room, and fit two new dimmer switches. Light has bracket that needs drilling into ceiling, and to be wired in.

- Change 2x light fittings (both are big glass fittings so we will help with support) - Remove an old clothes line screwed to back of house - Change toilet flusher in bathroom - Fix a couple pieces of hardware on front entrance door (reattaching) - Hang 6x pieces of art around the house (1x big, 5x small) - Drop 6x old garden chairs to the recycling centre (5 mins drive down the road, you’ll need a car)

Replace old sockets and light switches, install new lighting in a couple of rooms

The previous owner of my flat has left some ceiling lights up in the bedroom and I’d just like someone to bring a ladder, unscrew and reconnect a new ceiling light. Someone who is comfortable with electrics.

electric chainsaw Bosch AKE 35-195 has stopped working
