The cooker hood flue pipe in the celling is currently obstructed by a wooden beam. There is an existing flue pipe that is connected on the other side of the beam to the extractor located outside. To resolve it, need someone to come in to drill a safe hole in the beam to connect the flue pipes

Hi there, The window in the bedroom won’t close. I think the lock is broken. The oven has broken down. There is no heat, just the fan working. And the cooker hobs go on and off so none of them stay on to be able to cook. Also, when I try to use the microwave, the fuse always goes down in the fuse box and then all of the plug sockets in the living room stop working including the microwave. There is also a light in the living area which is constantly flickering. Thanks, Ruth
