Old fanlight door frame has multiple cracks where the hinges are screwed on. Door does not shut or open well. Possibly needs the cracks gluing together, or part of the frame replacing, and the door remounted on hinges.
Alfie was a little late today due to a family issue, but obviously had good carpentry skills, understood what was wrong and fixed/rehung the door very quickly. He was easy to get along with, communicated well, and was very willing to take on new jobs. Probably be calling on him again
