I need assistance with the following plumbing work please: 1. Plumbing for my new dishwasher: my dishwasher is new to the home and needs plumbing for clean water as well as waste water. The clean water could be brought from the kitchen or from outside the house if preferred. The waste water will have to be taken outside (drilling through the wall) to the driveway then to the backyard. The place where the dishwasher is placed currently dos not have a socket. If an electric socket can be fixed, that'll be great. 2. There is some leakage in the toilet pipe (cast iron) from outside the house - please see photos attached. I'd like it to be repaired. 3. Minor task- the pipe that collects the rain water from the gutter of my garage has fallen down due to wind. It need to be screwed back into the wall.

I'm looking to install an integrated dishwasher in my kitchen, which is in an apartment in the centre of Birmingham. However, I've been told that the piping under the sink is an older style of piping, so there'd need to be some slight changes, so that it can work with a new dishwasher. I'd also need the cupboard removing. It'd also be good to get two quotes - one for the pipes and cupboard work, and the other for the dishwasher installation.
