Repair the peeled off leather in a faux leather dining bench

I have an extendable dining table @ 2.5m by 1m It is varnished solid oak and has an orangey waxed finish. I would like it sanded and limewashed to achieve a lighter and more matt finish. I would like the table to be closer in colour to the floor and the breakfast bar as in images.

Wooden Dining table (160cm x 90cm) and bench (130x32cm). The wood is pine and the colour is light natural. We want to stain it to a darker shade - dark stained wood colour. The items are a dining table, bench and 4 chairs and small coffee table. Table top is stained and has small chips in it. Legs of table and bench as well as chairs are painted farrow and ball French grey. I would like the table to be cleaned, primed and the the legs and chairs repainted after priming (I have the paint). needs sanding and maybe an oil coat on top? The table is also a little wobbly so could do with tightening screws. Please send reasonable offers.

I need to refurb my dining table to a good sellable standard. There are some burn marks and stains in there. It seems like a white oil treatment and it came with the rustic look (some holes where knots are) - but I'm happy to refurb to a different style if that's easier to do. Let me know what you think!
