Building a pc with: asus maximus z790 hero motherboard, NVIDIA rtx 4090, cosrair power supply, fan, cpu cooling and case, i9 14900ks 14th gen. Having issues with booting the pc up for first time, doesn’t display bios, check all plug connections

I used the data recovery company called OnTrack to save my picture collection - which wasn't backed up - and I'm after some help with extracting and organising the photographs encrypted on the external storage device they sent me, probably on iCloud. For 60th birthday party on Saturday 20th September. Slideshow supposed to connect to a master tv at venue which feed 4 other tvs across the venue.

PC Troubleshooting Help Needed – Custom SFF Gaming Build Won’t Post

I have a custom small form factor gaming PC that’s no longer posting to BIOS, and I’m unable to pinpoint which component is failing. All parts (CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, SSD) were purchased new within the last month, except for the DC-ATX power supply, which I’ve just replaced — but the issue persists. Symptoms: • System powers on (fans, lights), but no display output • Multiple known-working GPUs tested with no success • No debug LEDs or beep codes • Have already tried RAM reseating, CMOS reset, different GPU, new PSU, etc. Looking for someone experienced with custom PC builds (especially SFF/ITX systems and HDPlex-style PSUs) to help diagnose the issue — ideally in person
