I need help de cluttering and re-arranging 2 rooms and I have a plan. I need to - collect a secondhand BILLY corner unit in a van, bring it to Hounslow flat up 3 flights of stairs. Dismantle a bed, inc mattress, take it down stairs. Take two small bedside chests of drawers down stairs. Take bed and drawers short way to local charity (or stack to one side indoors, downstairs, for collection). Move various not-heavy junk (up to 10 FRAKTA bags) to very close by garage (4 blocks away). Take small desk out of garage and back to flat up stairs. Assemble BILLY corner unit (just the corner piece) empty existing BILLY shelf unit x1 to move it along. Disassemble corner desk. Move 8 sets of really useful plastic drawer towers from one room to the other. You can see this is not difficult but it is annoying and those BILLY things are long. There are a lot of stairs involved I won’t lie ! This will take some arranging as will need to do it when husband is out for whole day. Collection of corner unit relies on eBay. Sorry too horrified by general state of place to give photos but you can get in and out of the door etc. Non smoking non pet house

I've paid for the council to pick up my old 3-seater sofa tomorrow (between 7am and 3pm) as it is ruined. However, it is too tall to be taken through the lift, and me and my son are not strong enough to pick it up ourselves. It is currently in the communal corridor outside my home, near the stairwell. I need two capable adults to simply take the sofa downstairs and outside, and place them near the communal bins for the council to come pick up. Disposable gloves advised for handling it (mine are a small size and may not fit an adult, especially a man).
