My partner and me are moving from our 1-bed flat in Finsbury Park to our new 1-bed flat in Bethnal Green. We are looking for someone with a van to transport our posessions and help with the moving of boxes in and out of our flat. Each flat is on the third floor so there will be stairs to carry the boxes up and down but open to just having assistance with the transportation. We have around 40 boxes/suitcases of possessions, 2 armchairs, 3 Ikea Kallax units and 2 standing lamps.

Pickup: Finsbury Park, N4 3AD Drop-off: Colindale, NW9 5WY The total distance is about 9 miles, which Google Maps estimates at around 30 minutes of driving time. Loading and unloading will be done entirely by us, so the driver won't need to help with moving any items. Both loading and unloading will take place directly from the roadside. The items include packed household belongings, several suitcases, a small dismantled desk, multiple small and medium boxes, two bicycles, several bags of clothes, and a few backpacks,... . Please make sure there is space for at least one passenger in the front, as I need to travel with you to unload the items at the destination. We have a very large cabinet that is too big to get up the stairs so we're trying to figure out if there's another way we can get it up to the top floor (second floor, it's currently on the first floor). The cabinet is 2.3m long, 80cm high and 60cm deep. It is solid wood - it doesn't dissassemble. Two options we have in mind are a hoisting service through the second floor balcony, or cutting the legs off and re-attaching them, if that can be done.
