The whole area is around 700sqft and is comprised of a corridor, two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a study. The flat is on the first floor of a building with the only access being stairs.

I have a carpet runner on the stairs, I need the rods to be put in place X 12 and also for the carpet running to be fitted firmly in place on the stairs, please see example photo attached. I have this same carpet and rods. There are 12 steps.

Includes two bedrooms, one living room, and two short hallways (one hallway with 5 steps). Work includes fitting carpet and underlay. Condition: -Old carpet has been removed -Subfloor has been levelled -Skirting boards are already installed with unfortunately no clearance at the bottom (flush with the floor). Please ensure the skirting boards remain neat and visually intact after carpet installation, by whichever method you see fit. Materials I will provide: -Carpet rolls (with 17–40 cm edge allowance) -3 rolls of 9mm underlay (47.1 sqm total) -50m joining tape -240ft gripper rods -Several door strips If these materials are not sufficient, please let me know in advance. I have a ground floor room roughly 5 x 6 meters that requires carpet fitting. We have ordered tne carpet (delivered tomorrow). Carpet size is 5 x 6 (had a carpet fitter come in and tell us that the size we ordered is fine). We need underlay and grippers , happy to order it ourselves or if you cam supply then we can pay extra for it. Job needs doing asap.

flooring for bellway new build LVT and carpet

I had to take out my carpet, as I was making space for built-in wardrobes and now I need to lay the carpet back. The room is roughly 12sqm. The gripper rods are present and just need to be moved to the correct space. Need someone with the necessary gear for the job (carpet grippers, carpet tucker, etc.). The job needs to be done on some day after 28th of June (as that's when the wardrobes will be fitted).
