I am buying a new house which will need new carpets and flooring throughout. I need help with fitting carpets to 3 bedrooms and 2 stairs.

Looking for an experienced floor fitter to replace the carpet in the bedroom of our 1-bed flat in Brentford. Room: 3.62m x 3.41m (about 12.3 m²), plus a floor-to-ceiling window along one side. Floor plan and photos attached. Job includes: - Remove and dispose of existing carpet, underlay and gripper rods - Check the subfloor and level it if needed (please include this in your quote) - Supply and fit click LVP in a light oak/wood effect, straight lay - **Acoustic underlay is required by the building lease.** Please supply one suitable for flats and compatible with the LVP - Fit a threshold strip at the bedroom door and scotia/beading around the skirting - Leave the room clean Please send the LVP and underlay product names and prices for our approval before buying. We'd like a durable product (at least a 0.3mm wear layer) that's suitable for a home with a baby on the way. The room will be empty and freshly painted before you start. Please share photos of previous LVP jobs with your offer.

Looking for a handyperson to carry out three small repairs at a property: 1. Bedroom door handle – The outer door handle is loose/broken and keeps coming apart even after being screwed back in. It needs to be properly repaired or replaced if necessary. 2. Bathroom extractor fan – The extractor in the first-floor bathroom makes a noise and the motor/rotor appears to be running, but there are no fan blades attached. As a result, it isn’t extracting odours or air properly. Please inspect and repair or replace the extractor fan as needed. 3. Loose stair/landing carpet – The carpet leading up to two of the bedrooms is coming loose/slipping out and could be a trip or slip hazard. It needs to be properly secured back into place. Ideally looking for someone who can assess and complete all three jobs in one visit. Please bring the necessary tools. If replacement parts are required, please let me know what is needed.

I need a carpet fitted on stairs and first floor landing. There is currently an old carpet there. The existing carpet will need to be removed and disposed and a new carpet will need to be fitted in its place. I need a quote for the labour excluding cost of carpet. If an underlay, grippers etc. are needed, I am open to recommendations. Total surface area is approx 9 square meters. Please let me know how much it will cost to fit and how soon you can do the job

One step carpet was damaged by candele and I am leaving the house and wish to replace only this step. I can see the carpet was fitted for each step separately so may be one meter and glue could fix that

Fit new carpet in one bedroom. Room measures approximately 13ft 10in × 9ft 1in (4.22m × 2.77m). Carpet will already be supplied. I would like to reuse the existing underlay and gripper rods (2019) provided they are still in good condition. Please fit and trim the new carpet.

Bath panel was removed to check the pipes and hasn’t been reattached properly. Stairs the carpet has come away from the grips underneath so just needs reattached.

Supply and replace a medium-toned beige carpet, inside a walk in robe (as old carpet has developed mould). Please see photos. Size of carpet in the wardrobe is approx. 120cm by 50cm (exact it's approx 116 x 49 cm). Please remove old carpet, and cut/fit/install the new one. Thanks

Repair the kitchen cupboard hinge, as it's broken away. Then pin back the carpet on the stairs to prevent trip hazards.
