We have a built in cabinet in our living room. We want to change this into a space to put our TV. We need the two doors removed and the bottom shelf removed. The shelf is glued in. We would need the doors taken away and disposed of.

I am panelling my stairs but cannot cut the sharp angles with the saws I have. I have 3x panels going up the stairs that I need assistance with. Angles range from 25-66 degrees. I just need assistance cutting the obtuse angles. There are three going up the stairs. I managed to cut first one with jack saw but it’s too much. I need help with three going up stairs only. I have the moulding. I am able to put on the stairs myself. I just need help with cutting

To sand stairs, clean the dust, apply stain, and finish with a protective topcoat. Must provide materials/resources.

Underneath my back garden stairs I have a small shed. Between the two there is wooden chipboard covered in roof felt to protect the shed from rain. The roof felt has come loose and the wood has rotted away a bit and so both need replacing.

I have a new integrated fridge, but the cabinet doesn't line up with the fridge doors. The plinth/doors need to be moved to fit properly. Fridge may need to be taken out of the space?

Looking for a skilled carpenter or experienced handyperson to repair a broken bed frame. The base has detached from the headboard and needs to be securely reattached. The job requires reinforcing the headboard and using heavy-duty screws or fixings to ensure a strong, long-lasting repair. Please bring the necessary tools and hardware. Ideally looking for someone who can complete the job ASAP.

My grandfather made me a blanket box to store things in a while back. Unfortunately, I recently overloaded it, and the thin piece of pliable wood used at the base frayed and popped out the bottom. The wood used for the base won’t be reusable, so I’d like someone to fix this for me with some new wood. It was previously fitted in by wedging it between some small cut in slats. Ideally, I’d also like it reinforced so that I can store more in there. This piece of furniture is sentimental to me, so I want to ensure that a quality job is done.

I would like a carpenter to build two ikea shelving units in two rooms and then finish it off wall to wall and floor to ceiling.

I have ordered a made-to-measure built-in wardrobe, that has already been constructed in the room it is to go in to (see Picture 4). I need an experienced carpenter / joiner to finish the job by doing the following: 1. Cut out the skirting boards behind the wardrobe, to get a tigher fit to the wall (leaving the skirting board underneath the desk) - Picture 1. 2. Cut out a hole in the back of the left-side unit, to provide access to the plug in the wall. 3. Fix the wardrobe units to the wall 4. Add fitting (provided - picture 3) around the edge of the wardrobe, for a clean, fitted finish. 5. Fit the bridging unit between the two wardrobe units at the top, fixing it to the wall and to the wardrobes - picture 1. Note: the bridging unit is heavy, so this is likely to be a two person job. I am happy to help with the lifting / holding. 6. Add the doors to the bridging unit. 7. Generally ensure a clean and tidy finish. Tools required: circular saw, sander Instructions are provided with the wardrobe, although were of limited use in building the wardrobe, so some improvisation may be needed.

Cabinets and wardrobes are already build we are looking for a carpenter who is able to hang the cabinets in a safe way.

We need your help to secure the worktop to the new base kitchen unit, which is an extension to our current unit. It is approx 1200mm in width. The worktop is slightly longer and may need trimming. We will build the flat pack unit, but we need your help connecting it to the current one and fitting the worktop.

Demolish and completely remove from the property a wooden shed. I can then help clean the concrete base and surrounding area before you construct my new shed. It’s a Keter Darwin resin 6x4 tongue and groove easy fast assembly shed with a floor panel. H:205 x W:119 x D:184.5. Combined weight of the panels = 61 kg. I’d also like some old items from the shed taken away such as a couple of hoses, a large garden parasol, etc. Those are the big items, the others don’t weigh much.

Thave 6 shallow depth kitchen cabinets (from Howdens) which need installing into the base of the left alcove of our chimney breast, with compact laminate worktop cut to size, and also base and wall hung cabinets installed on the right hand side of the chimney breast with the same worktop (as per picture). There are filler panels, edging and plinths to install too, along with siliconing any edges. For this install I do need 2x electrical sockets moved too.
