My timber kitchen worktop requires restoring. It has some stains and water marks from previous owners so requires sanding and oiling. It is not a particularly large kitchen so should be fairly straightforward. Pictures are attached of the worktop. Thankyou!

We need 2 tasks completing: 1. Removal of current 8 balustrades at the top of our staircase landing and fitting of 14 new ones. The 6 extras are to fit in the gaps that are currently too large. The 14 new balustrades will also need cutting down to size to fit. 2. Create a cover/ box for our external gas meter in our front porch. It will need some kind of door too, to read the meter.

Hello , I currently have 2 doors ( of the same dimensions) I’d like to swap around for the following reasons. Family bathroom door has a lock on it (internally). En-suite bedroom door does not have a lock.Id like to move the bathroom door with the lock over to the En-suite room and move the en-suite door over to the family bathroom.Seems like a clear swap over except the bedroom doorframe will need a new locking fixture on the door frame to accommodate the lock in the bathroom door. The existing locking fixture in the bathroom doorframe should be able to accommodate the en-suite bedroom door lock. The first 3 pics show the fixtures from the bathroom door and the next 3 pics show the fixtures from the bedroom .Also open to just adding a locking fixture to the en-suite bedroom door - whichever option is more cost effective. Looking for a quote to get this done .

Removing current pvc frames, and fitting two new stained glass units (already purchased and ready to go) into the existing wooden frames behind the pvc. The two windows are 416x1292mm and 466x1428mm. Flexible start date, but would like it done asap, preferably before Christmas! Thanks
