Looking for a skilled, experienced, neat, detail-oriented carpenter to modify a kitchen cupboard for boiler access. At the moment, the boiler can’t be serviced because the unit was built around it without leaving sufficient access. We need: – 5mm clearance on the left side – Access above and below the boiler I’d like the finish to look neat and seamless — ideally the top moulding could be extended as part of the door design. The cupboard currently holds tins of food, so it’s important to maintain its strength after modification.

I need a handyman who can fit a dishwasher and do a bit of carpentry work to create space for the dishwasher to fit in the space provide which is a little bit tight at the moment.

I’m looking for a skilled carpenter/joiner or experienced handyman to help me design and build a bespoke alcove cabinet in my living room, based on a style I love (TikTok: @dot.home.renovation.diary). The alcove is 24cm deep, so the design will include a lower cabinet unit that extends slightly beyond the alcove (to around 35cm deep) and built-in shelving and panelling above, flush with the back wall. I’d like your help with: • Measuring up the alcove and confirming dimensions • Advising me on what flat-pack cabinet or materials to buy (IKEA/Wickes/etc) • Helping source or shop for the right timber, MDF, trim, and panelling • Building the base frame from timber (for a secure and level foundation) • Installing a ready-made or custom carcass (base cupboard ~35cm deep) • Constructing an MDF surround and top frame to create a fully built-in look • Adding tongue & groove panelling to the back wall (I like the Easipanel style) • Ensuring access to wall sockets within the alcove • Adding final trims (skirting, architrave, cornice) for a clean, seamless finish I will paint the cabinet myself, so no finishing required from you (but feel free to advise on prep if needed).

Property is in Heath and Reach, just outside Leighton Buzzard. We need a wooden staircase fitting to standard regulations, in order to pass a mortgage valuation. The stairs will be delivered on site and are new from the manufacturer. There are wooden stairs in situ already, which are temporary.

Shelves ( Pre cut and ready to hang) 2 x floating shelves 1 x mantel Alcoves (Need to be cut out) 4 x Floating Shelves 2 x Cabinets There are 2 shelves and 1 mantel which are ready to be hung The alcove shelves and cabinets have been measured up and marked on the wood they do need to be cut out/jigsawed out from the wood but they are bespoke with some excess to help fit.

We need some of our upstairs robots replacing as they creak ideally the person would also source the wood that is required to do that

Looking for someone to make and fit cabinet doors like in the photo. We have already made a frame (tried to) but happy for it to be adjusted if needed to help get the finished product. We have mdf sheets for the doors to be made from just need help cutting to size and fitting correctly to sit flush
