Hi I need a general builder to creat a new stud wall , allow to install timber , insulation, plasterboard and skimming. Allow for skirting to both sides . No decoration required. Wall size is approx 4m wide by 2.8m height. Allow to also removal of a small stuff wall approx 2.5m x 1.8m and make good to surfaces. All materials will be supplied just need labour only unless you want to give price for both. Waste to be disposed off . Any questions do ask. I have attached 2 images . 1) one with existing wall triangular wall to be removed which is a plasterboard stud wall. 2) image where the proposed wall is to go in front of the beds. Thanks

Three-storey, three-bedroom townhouse in Lewisham SE13. Seeking to convert my garage (roughly 18m2) into a living room. Plan is to start with upgrading my pitched roof and replacing the garage wall. The task therefore comprises: (a) Replacing the existing roof rafters with 7x2 inch ones and breathable membrane, and installing a Velux window (114x140cm), as well as adding a few vent tiles and dealing with the lead flashing (potentially keeping the existing one); (b) Replacing the existing garage door with a cavity wall (roughly 90x240cm from the ground + 106x10cm on each side of the new window frame). No insulation or plasterboarding is required at this stage. My Velux window is currently scheduled to arrive next Friday 8 August, and I would like to start with the roof first. I would like the task to be completed ideally by the end of August. I'd be happy to provide building materials and tools if required. I am also flexible on working practices (e.g. breaks). My father will be present and able to assist with anything in case a second pair of hands is needed at any point. Please also confirm whether you have Public Liability Insurance (£1 million minimum) and whether you have experience in doing this kind of work (including any bricklaying experience).

I require two old pergola roof sheets to be taken down and replaced by two new roof sheets. I have in my possession the two new roof sheets, spacers and screws, sealant and a step ladder. The sheets are Corrubit Clear Polyester (PES) Corrugated Roofing sheet (L)2m (W)950mm (from B&Q). They do not need to be cut. I am free Thursdays to Sundays every week for this job. The photo of the pergola roof shows the whole roof with the clear roof sheets, out of the four roof sheets in the photo, two need to be replaced.

We had a wooden pergola built a couple of summers ago and it requires protection, possibly a light sand prior to applying the oil. We have the oil ready. This is over our patio so we will need the patio covering as the oil stains and precautions put in place. I believe the oil we have requires at least two coats. This is a small pergola of approx 3 x 3m consisting of four posts and 7 lengths across the top. Not a big job but having recently had a baby, I cannot find the time in the day to do this. Thank you.
