Need someone with the right tools to come install a blind for me, already been cut to perfect size just need someone to put it up for me

I have Venetian blinds, but I need them put up in My Home

3 are just standard cut and fit but the other is above a staircase and couldn't figure how to do it safely so figured may as well post to have them all done.

We have 5 sets of venetian blinds to be installed, two downstairs and three upstairs. We will require the removal of the previous blinds, horizontal ones - not sure what the correct name would be for them (can send pictures for reference). Can we please have a quote and availability today / tomorrow?

Mine is a new build house and i need a handyman to install my blinds and curtains. 10 windows for blinds . 4 windows for roller blinds and one french door for curtains. Blinds may need resizing as well.

It's a vertical window blind and it has a problem with the top broken top rail. It's a large window and there are 22 lengths to blind. One side not drawing and some of the hooks are facing the wrong way. The mater is fine. It's just the mechanism.
