Hi would love this job done today from 7:00pm when home from work. You Don’t need ladder, but I have one, but great if you do. 1 bedroom Venetian blinds no restrictions just straight drill in and install 2nd blind living room, no cutting outside of alcove. Only time ladder is need. And please have blue overshoes.
