Wooden blind slat broken, need spare one swapped in. Another blind doesn’t tilt open/close as rod has moved out of position.

I have 3 x luxaflex roller blinds in my lounge. They each have a battery pack are operated by remote control. One of the blinds is not working despite changing the batteries. I need someone to see if they can fix this please?
