Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to remove the old timber skirting boards from a single 4m x 3m bedroom in Surbiton. This needs to be completed either this Thursday (tomorrow) or Friday morning at the latest. There are active central heating pipes running directly above the skirting boards. You must be able to score the top caulk line and carefully pry the boards horizontally away from the wall. Absolutely NO vertical prying or upwards leverage can be used against the copper pipes. You must bring your own tools (utility knife, pry bars, hammer/mallet) to handle this safely
