The awning was fully working until recently but now bizarrely is not opening, even though remote controller is connected. Even when I try to manually reset to factory settings using the 3-8-3 method, I can hear the motor whirring but no jolt as should be happening. Awning fully extended, now unable to retract it. Electricity and remote working. It appears like the fabric has become loose at the wall unit and cannot wind up. Or perhaps the engine of the awning turns when extending the awning but does not work in the opposite direction when retracting it?
