My washing machine has started making a scratching/scraping noise when spinning, like something may be stuck in or behind the drum. The noise is most noticeable during the spin cycle. I haven’t been able to see anything obvious inside the drum, so it may be stuck between the inner drum and outer tub, or could be another issue. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs.

E 40 code and e10 code water leaks in to the drum after a day or so when switched off also the dryer side has stopped working due to theses issues

The bolts will not tighten to hold the belt, and I have trouble trying to line up the belt. The belt idea goes to the left or the wright it will not stay in the middle.
