Zanussi dishwasher will not start. Lights will turn on, can select cycle but then it will not turn on. No blockages anywhere obvious, door seems to close fine. Issues started suddenly.

My fridge door can't close fully at the top. This is causing the cold temperature to escape the fridge- food in it is going off quicker than normal and there are pools of what appears to be melted ice inside the fridge. There is nothing obstructing the hinges of the door from what I can tell, so I am unsure what's wrong with it. Looking for someone who can identify the problem and repair the fridge door as needed.
