​Description: Looking for an experienced painter to refresh 1-bedroom flat. The job covers the bedroom, hallway, compact kitchen, and living/dining area. ​What needs painting: ​Ceilings: All ceilings to be painted fresh white. ​Woodwork: Skirting boards, door frames, and doors refreshed in white (satin or gloss). ​Walls: 2 coats of paint across all rooms. Most walls will be standard white, but there are 2 specific accent walls that we want painted a different color. ​Materials & Paint: ​Tasker to supply: All matt white wall paint, white ceiling paint, woodwork paint, and all tools/materials (rollers, brushes, tape, dust sheets). Please use good quality trade paint. ​I will supply: The specific colored paint for the 2 accent walls. ​Furniture: The flat is currently furnished. We will clear away smaller items, but the Tasker will need to help shift the larger furniture (bed, sofa, drawers) into the center of the rooms and mask/cover them safely while working. ​Please have a look at the attached photos.
