painting the skirting in three rooms - I will provide paint brush other material.

I need the living room, hallway, stairs area painted and two walls panelled in the house. I need nice neat work so the walls need to be sanded for any imperfections before being painted please. Will provide my own paint. If you have the tools for it would be great.

The job Redecorate a child's bedroom now that new windows have been fitted. No plastering is needed - just filler and sanding prep, then paint. Also need a new curtain rail fitted, and the skirting boards filled, sanded and repainted (not replaced). Scope of work: Prep walls & ceiling - fill minor cracks/nail holes and sand smooth. No plastering required; walls are ready for prep-and-paint (window reveals were patch-repaired separately after the window fit). Paint walls & ceiling - two coats of emulsion, one colour throughout. Mask/protect floor, window, and skirting while painting. Skirting boards - fill any chips/gaps, sand smooth, then repaint (satin/gloss) - no boards need replacing. Fit new curtain rail - fit a rail centred above the window, with brackets and fixings suitable for the wall. Room will be cleared of furniture before the tasker arrives. Room dimensions Garden-facing bedroom, roughly 3.14m × 3.2m (one wall confirmed at 3.14m; the room is not a perfect rectangle — a chimney breast projects into the room with an alcove on either side, so total wall/skirting run is longer than a simple box) Floor area: approx. 10 m² Ceiling: standard height, sloping down on the window side — exact height to be confirmed on site Skirting run: roughly 12–13 linear metres including the alcove returns — to be confirmed on site Window: one window on the garden-facing wall, brand new unit, sill height 78cm from the floor — exact window width to be confirmed on site for the curtain rail Materials Filler, sandpaper, dust sheets, brushes/rollers: tasker to bring Paint colour/finish and curtain rail: we supply.

I need a painter for a bedroom

I have tried to remove the paint from the stairs but it is becoming a bit of a bigger job. Need help. Please bring tools and solutions for this as the one I used don't think it is as effective. Will need to reseal the side with a OB1 sealant. Thank you
