Handrail and spindles need stripping of paint and sanding smooth Paint has already begun to be stripped but due to circumstances I am unable to continue myself. Paint a single room 3 walls and around the windows

I want to have the wall paper removed and prepare the wall underneath to get painted. This concerns the hallway (downstairs and upstairs) and the stairway.

8 paint residues need sanding. 3 spots on the same wall need white repainting. The painter must provide the white paint and any tools, please. Thank you.
