I need my door frames painting, and filling in parts, the frames are metal. I also need the doors staining. There is some filling that needs doing on some of the frames. I have a handheld sander if needs be. Paint and stain provided. Some frames need more work than others. 5 frames. Very small touch ups on some.

We have had some pretty bad paint jobs on our metal window frames as well as significant damage from condensation. We need someone to take the remaining paint off and repaint. We are marketing the property so need the paint to look good.
